I’d like to file a complaint against Kickskaart. I ordered something worth 41,000 rupees, and they applied a 10,000 rupee discount, making the total cost 31,000 rupees. I paid 10,000 rupees as an advance, so the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount should be 21,000 rupees. However, they sent me a COD bill for 31,000 rupees. Kickskaart called me, asking for the remaining 21,000 rupees to make the shipment prepaid. After paying the 21,000 rupees, I never received the shipment.
