I have done a credit card transaction of around 45200 in khata book and it’s almost 2 days they have not credited amount to my account. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. And they are asking aadhar card, pan card, driving licence details and selfie to release the amount but not getting any proper response from their team. It was an authorised transaction done by me only. I have credit card statement also with me. It was an authorised transaction done by me only.
