i ordered food from kfc in zomato.order picked up and delivery guy called me, and i gave him direction.after about 10 minutes i called the number of delivery guy but didn’t connect. then zomato app showed order was cancelled.i did not do that.when contacted the customer care their response was they have deducted 500 amount for the delivery as cancellation charges also.. but i haven’t cancelled nor have i received the food. delivery guy cheated us.
