Text of Complaint by Subashreelakshmi:

On 25 May 2023 @12.04pm, I Had Placed an Order through KFC App and made payment through Paytm of RS 454.99/-.The order amount was deducted from my bank account through Paytm but the order was not placed .A Screenshot of the transaction is attached for your reference. Please do the needful to refund the money at the earliest.
