I have ordered from kfc mobile application but after 10 mins they cancelled the order. I have paid the amount(rs997) through gift card when they have debited while processing the order. Now its been more than 10 days my balance is still nill in my gift card. They are not refund my amount. I also contacted the customer support , store and their instagram handle, they have taken full details but after that no response from them. They are making a fool by giving invalid reasons that they dont know anything about the refund. The staff at the store are very careless .
They are scamming people by their gift card option.
