Dear team,
We have raised a ticket for servicing of RO and paid all the service charges and replace all the parts which was required still facing the same issue.
I have tried so many times to engineer but no response. My water PH level is so high and my wife and daughter got sick and cause I had to pay doctors bill pls trat my complaint as a compensatory call otherwise my next level escalation will be consumer court.
I have mailed 5 time but no response one of your service boy named Anupam Singh at Mainpuri done the service now he is not picking up the phone tried 10 or more times.
