I raised complaint for the service of RO as our RO system stopped working with a Beep sound. I was told that service is scheduled next day at 9:00 am. But next whole day passed and no one visited. I called service centre again, they apologised and said that executive will visit next day for sure. On 3rd day, again no visited. On calling to service centre, they escalated the matter at high level and they assured me that next day service will be done at first hour. Fourth day passed, no one visited. Pathetic service I have ever seen. We are using water bottles spending Rs. 1000/- daily On water. Also, I need to carry water at 3rd floor through stairs.
