I purchased KENT RO on 15th July 2023 and it got installed on 17th July 2023. But after that issue with TDS and Alkalinity started. TDS is below 50 and water is acidic. My family is suffering a lot.

I have reached out to Kent service Center numerous times but no service agent is coming. Today I checked the TDS is 46 which is not in recommended consumable range. Nothing happening from Kent to administration side as well. Please look into the matter. I invested Rs 16000/- for this but it is going to waste.
