I purchased the Kent purifier in May 2023 and the product is in warranty till May 2024. From last 1 month I am raising the service requests from Kent website and calling their customer care number multiple times. But the service requests are being closed unattended. I raised this concern to the concerned team but they failed to resolve this issue. I invested 17k + on this product. I don’t want this product anymore considering the worst service. Please take your product back and refund the customers money if you can’t give good service.
