We had a booking with the hotel . my parents who are senior citizens were travelling and for some reasons of gate closure they were stuck up the hills at tirupati temple and were unable to check in at the hotel. Hotel still shown them as Checked in which is legally wrong which created a lot of confusions within our family
We called hotel for the same they asked us to write an email which we have done
Is it not a moral duty of the hotel to reconfirm with there guests on check in
