I purchased swiggy one membership , which gives benefits of free delivery for 10KM. While i was Placing an order in a resturant through swiggy one it was showing 10KM and free delivery but at the time of payment it was adding 100rs as delivery charges saying it’s more than 10KM. And i complained about this.
And also recently and today i placed an order from a restaurant and swiggy keep cancelling my orders after that incident. When I ask why is this happening they keep me on bot making me wait for 1-2 hours and then saying we will refund the amount, which is making swiggy one membership useless. When I ask about this they claim it’s non refundable memebership.
And not responding correctly.
