Kasmira-ordered on Jan 16th and paid rs. 524 for products. Dint receive products for long time. So mailed my enquiry to them. but received a mail stating that info lost in some technical issues of website and asked me to give the payment details for refund. But i did not receive any reply nor refund till date. Attaching Images for reference
