I have ordered a bra combo from kasmira 1  on 8 th January 2021, and paid online 523.94 rupees. I got a tracking id (Delhivery tracking number: 742037914773) delhivery courier service on 11 th of January 2021. But from the same date onwards  I am searching for the status of my order. But it shows only pick up. After that I mailed about this status, and they rrplied that they couldn’t pack my product due to sime rechical issues and they said that mail them my google pay number to return my money. I did. But then onwards they didn’t reply to my mail. Ivtried to contact them frequently afterwards, but no avail. I checked online and I understood that I am nit the single person who have been cheated by thos store, and there are many more chances tovrepeat the fraud by them. So its necessary to stop thos fraud, and peopleblike me need to get the justice.
