On 18 October 2022,we had purchased a holiday package from Ms Ronak, one of the executives of Karma India Holidays at Darjeeling. We bought the package for 1,40,000. We are paying the EMI amount every month since November as 90,000 was paid through debit card generating a new loan account and 50,000 by credit card. She gave one day of booking in Siliguri just after taking membership to win our trust. We are trying to reach her, manger and customer care no provided on the site. But nobody is responding. Everyone is gone. Please help

I have also given Karna holiday an amount of Rs 156000 at Darjeeling and facing the same problem. Is your problem resolved?
I talked with my bank. As per them it was a deal made by me and bank paid for it, so now we have to make payments to the bank to get it over with.
Karma India is fraud and all their numbers are now out of service and the website is gone too.. NO TRACE.
As per my lawyer, the only way is Police Complaint. But against who? everyone is missing,
I am also one of the victim of this fraud company
