I had booked an order and i received the wrong item.now i have return these goods.and i want money back. such fraudulent company should have legal action .

Dear Mam/Sir,
I have order Arabic white dial light brown leather belt watch on date 5/7/20 from kapdabaazar.com which I have received on date 9th Jul 20.
But I am not satisfied with it due to its price is very costly and product is very low quality after the seen.
After the receiving I am not satisfied than I have sent mail to kapdabazaar. Com for return the money but they replied me” In prepaid order If not received shipment due to covid-19 after will received refund payment 45-60 day”
Requset you please register my complaint and help to return the money asap. If they arrange to delivered the product in Covid-19 than why not they can refund my money.
