Kalyani silk is completely fraud , I have order the product worth rs 1500 from the site , After receiving the product found that the quality is too bad and it didnt cost 1500… market price may be 200-300 rs . I read the refund policy and tried to call customer care , also drop 2-3 emails , put complent on their site but not a single reply received .
I ordered the procuct on 5th Aug 2021 . and get delivered on 9th Aug .
Return policy mention 9 days and i send the email and whatsapp them on same day when I received product.
Tried to call also but no one received phone ….. i neeed my money back
