I have ordered Sony Earbuds Combo vide order No. 44267 by seeing the advertisement in the official website of “www.bassdeal.com” and have paid an amount of Rs. 1399. The item was delivered to me was wrong and i immediately tried reaching the customer care numbers provided in the official company website as mentioned above. But the phone numbers are not working. I have also sent email to bassdealelectronic@gmail.com and support@bassdeal.com along with my complete details. But there is no response.
I was lured and tempted to book the said product by huge advertisements in www.youtube.com and other social networking websites. The above said company namely BASSDEAL cheated me by not providing the correct product and by delivering the wrong product and further not responding to the grievance of the customer.
It is further state that the said company has caused Tremendous Mental Trauma, Pain, Agony and Loss to me for which the said company has to be compensate Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the cost besides my refund amount of Rs. 1,399/- which was taken from me for the purchase of the Sony Earbuds combo and have delivered the wrong item.
Therefore I request this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass a Judgment and Decree directing the company to refund my amount which was taken/transacted from my account for the purchase of the Sony Earbuds combo and delivered me the wrong item and also compensate Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the cost besides my amount of Rs. 1,399/- and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts mentioned above and in the circumstances of the case.
