I have applied for a new domestic connection 3 month before in the office of Aen A-4 alwar rajasthan and before 45 days I have submitted demand notice of rs 13400, but even after that i m not getting my connection every time i called Jen or Aen they were not receiving my call and if they pick up then they told me that after one or two days i will get my connection after that i have complained to customer service also they registered my complaint( 2101140124700) and without solving my complaint they closed my complaint they not even talk to me about that behaviour of the staff was worst,
So i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible
