I had taken an subscription in justidial for which I had given 4700(approx) as deposit and 1 month charge near about 2400 and on monthly basis 2370 (aprox) ecs was about to deduct but after 2 months there service was not good they were not providing genuine leads so I told there agent who visited me to cancel he said 10 days prior notice should given and all at time of joining he said whenever you will want your ecs will be stopped but now when I want to stop first of all he is not picking up my call and there call centre people are saying that prior 3 months notice should be given after that completing 3 months some mails I have to do and I have to pay the ecs for these months and he is saying that deposit amount will be forfieted
