We Datar Tours& Travels had started our business in 2016 and got in touch with Justdial for Leads due to financial and Covid pandamic we temporarily closed the business.
Once things got little normal we again approached Justdial for the contract activation. We were given leads bu 90% of the leads were fake or they were not related to our business. We complained about the same numerous times but we were given assurity and the same would continue.Since there was no change in the quality of leads we told our Sales Rep, Satveer t close/stop the contract and the refund the balance with them to us. They said that will not happen we will give service. We even spoke to an executive in the ECS Department to whom we clearly mentioned that we want to Stop the contract and please do not send the ECS request further and please process for closure of contract to which they did not follow and sent the ecs request. We even sent emails to the sales rep but no reply received till date but they did send the ECS and money got deducted. When we spoke to Satveer at Justdial he said we cannot do anything and we will give service and cannot refund the amount. This ECS was wrongly deducted as we had well in advance asked to stop/close the contract.
We have not been getting proper replies and the quality of leads is not good.
We even told Justdial that we are ready to given call recordings to confirm our complaint but they just do not borther what the client is asking or what issue the client is facing. We have again sent emails to close/stop the contract but again they have just ignored.
