The Justdial agent called me and told me that If I pay 17700 cash right now and join justdial, The keywords I enter will be set as my company’s searching keywords. Accordingly, I paid full cash 17700.But when i called the justdial agent after paying the penny,He would not take the phone call or call back. The service of the Justdial agent has become so bad that it only gets on the phone several times.
They reject the keywords I gave them as the agent said before paying the penny. keywords were assigned to the agent’s will. It was not with my consent.With that, I decided that I don’t need the service and canceled it. I immediately called to cancel the service and emailed. But so far, Justdial has never paid me back. The justdial sales team’s has repeatedly said that they will refund the money. But till now I haven’t got any money, Just dial is a fraud company. don’t receive their service. Please give refund my money as soon as possible.
