I have order product on 21st Nov, thrugh google on Just herbs (order no – 1570894) but There has been no update on my order for more than week. After ordering items, there has been no SMS or email regarding the invoice. The website has a tracking system and the order number shows as confirm, though the order is showing as Fulfilled. This is utterly nonsense and people who are involved in this should be answerable.
The customer care number given in the website it +91 8437048180. This number says it’s busy always whenever I call for an update, there is no IVR system as well. This is just a phone number who uses it everyday for personal use.
Sad thing is this website was provided in “Google Pay” with a coupon to purchase the cosmetic items. Google should have more strict policy in promoting these kind of swindling websites to its users.
