I have taken a plan from just dial for marketing my product. Just dial executive name Mr. Kanhiya & Mr. Salim came to me and made false promises. He told me that you will get buy lead related to your product this but the service is worst. I trusted on him and I took a plan. He also inform me that you can exit your plan after three month if you are not satisfied. I trusted on him and I have given my acceptance. I have signed on ecs mandate form. I have given my credit card details for initial payment of 3969/month and 3 months gone after that I haven’t got a single lead for my product. I called the Mr. Kanhiya kumar & also to Mr. Salim to stop this service but they are not doing anything after that I called to just dial customer care but they told me that you will get a call from our side but that I have not received any single call. I did so many mail to there jaipur delhi office but no one given any clarification. Now I want to stop my ecs payment but executive telling me that you can’t do this . Even if you go to court you can’t to anything. We will not stop ecs payment till our wish.
