I had listed my Business on Just Dial in the month of March. However, I wanted to cancel the contract and stop my ECS in April. I initiated the process but they did not cancel the ECS. I was informed that 3 months notice is required. I have asked for the contract details which specifies the three months notice which they have failed to provide and kept on deducting money from my account in spite of repeated requests.
