Dear Team,
Had started contract in JD listing on 16 th march,the first ECS they debited on 16th march after that due to Covid pandemic in India we are in lockdown.
So on 27/03 had sent mail to just dial to stop ECS and contract right now we are in home no work no money and the lockdown will be extended more.
On 30 again one ECS debited and today on 17 again one ECS debited.So finally within 30 days of contract signed they have debited thrice the ECS.
I want strict action on just dial neither they responding nor refunding my amounts.We all are suffering in lockdown and they only know how to debit their ECS.
They do not know the customer has already intimated to stop all are work less money less during lockdowns.Request you to take strict action on JD .
