Sir, sameer garments I am doing business at the above address. Last 3 months ago, Just Dial Kalaiyarasan 9080865070 said that they are coming from the company. They said that they will expand their business further. They said to pay Rs. 7080 and they don’t have to pay anything further. If they are not satisfied, they can stop the service and get their money back and further deducted Rs.3540*2 from my bank account every month for any month Rs.1*1770 through ECS without prior notice and emailed to Just Dial Head Office in this regard. We also met Vishnu at the office at Avinasi road in Coimbatore to stop this service by mail and we complained to him and he said he will send the serviceman.

Hello, Only Way to stop your ECS mandate is send an email to your bank and appoint and ombudsman. And also send an email to payment gateway company who approved ECS mandate not the Justdial company.
( Backstory —I had similar experience. The just dial agent said you can opt for 3 months and after that you can stop. I asked him to stop the service as i was unhappy with the leads, he said to put an email. I wrote an email but it did not help at all. Still money got deducted. All customer care service number are useless. They just beat around the bush. They keep on saying you have contacted the wrong department. They keep forwarding the number. The call goes on for more than 15min, you realize you are being fooled. Hence you give up. Contacted bank to cancel and block Ecs mantade for gateway company taking payment behalf of just dial and appointed ombusdman after that the bank cancelled the mandate.)
