I took a memebrship ( ID – 115643) on 3rd Feb. and after coming home.. due to circumstances.. i had to withdraw the membership. As communicated during discussion .. by your executive Sanjeev Saxena ( +91 92058 79130)..money will be refunded within 10 days without any deduction..But in the agreement .. which was given to me only after money deduction.. it was mentioned that it will take 90 days to refund the money and 3000 will be deducted as admin charges.. although, i mailed for withdrawal only after 1 hr..
Now.. your executive is not taking my call and also customer care is saying that they will take 90 days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) to refund the money..
So, refund my money..
