Hi,

I had taken the orange membership of Jukaso Journeys on. 24th Aug 2016. And for this membership Rs. 105,100 has been charged on my AMX card.

Traveler ID: 106935 Contract ID: 29464

On the next day i.e. 25th Aug 2016, I sent an email to cancel the membership and on 26th Aug 2016, I got an acknowledge email.

I have mentioned the reasons in my email that is attached in PDF format. Earlier they told me, according to their policy refund period is 90 days but it’s been more than 9 months but I haven’t got my refund and each time I call they neglect it and ask me to call in another month.

Please help me as I am not getting my hard earned money and please take steps to ban these fraudsters.
