Myself Tushar K Shah, Ahmedabad. As I had purchased membership of
Jukaso Journeys Pvt Ltd,
I.T. Composite Towers,
Plot No. 1, I.D.C.

As We had paid Total Rs. 31,000/= (SCB credit card) + Rs. 1,00,000/= (HDFC credit card) = Total Rs. 1,31,000/=
As we had given cancellations request on next day 11/Nov/2017 due to misguided us as well as wrongly Verification done by there end. We had also inform them on customer care desk as well as through mail.
- They promise us to refund our money with in 90 days. Today 14/Feb/2018 yet our paid amount has not been credited in respective credit card account.
- Today we had called at customer care they are not giving proper answer about timing of refund paid membership fee.
Please help us to solve above mentioned matter.
