I had placed an order towards jio fashion products worth Rs1783.50 (12 items) on 14th Aug 21 vide order no 16289232659238718A with expected delivery date of 16th Aug. My order delivery date got extended daily and hence on 17th Aug I raised a ticket through the app on non delivery vide ticket ID 6291691378 and got a call from the store who brings to KY notice that out of 12 items ordered only 6 are available for which I said fine you can send 6nof them and initiate refund of rest through app but he said first he shall deliver 6 and after the day or so will initiate refund for which I did not give concensus since as per process refund and delivery of rest are triggered simultaneously. He did not attend my query further and on 19th I again got a call from the store and Ms.Lipika attended my query and said that the other gentleman had some misunderstanding and she shall take up cancellation of 6 items immediately and post that will proceed for delivery of rest 6 items available. For cancellation of 6 items she sought my consent and I readily gave. However yesterday night I see on the app that my entire order now stands canceled without any intimation or consent being sought.
I urge your support as to why is it canceled without consent and why am I now asked to reorder the stuff again? Even Ms Lipika did not pick up my phone since to have been in training as claimed but over sms isn’t answering me why is my entire order canceled without any intimation or even consent?
