Hello,I brought Jobs on the move services from learning shine in 4288 . Initially they informed that shine team will be sharing the links based on candidate preference to the what’s app number .When I opted for the services and shared the details they sent mail saying they don’t commit for notice period frame. When I ask them to refund my money and I don’t want to continue my services they stopped responding to my mail and said that money will not be refunded I should continue and utilize the services .Once I agreed to utilize the services they asked me to have discussion with the profile expert and scheduled the same on two times both the time I waited and got no calls from the profile expert .
It was worst experience with the shine services they have been making people fool and taking money from them .I have asked them to initiate the services on 02 May 2019 and till date I haven’t received any job links /welcome message on the what’s up number which they have been committing based on the services.
Please, Clarify this as soon as possible. other wise refund my money
