My Self Ajij Nadaf Living At Hubli Karnataka And I Got A Call From Recruitment Services Named LinkUpCareers +91 94504 24149 Located In Lingampally, Hyderabad And They Told They Have Some Good Vacancies In Many Places. Initially They Told Me To Pay Around Rs 3550/- For Their Service For Providing Interviews. Based On Their Feedback, I Have Paid Rs 3550/- On 01-Feb 2024 And They Provided The Receipt Also For That Amount. On Same Day Received A Mail From LinkUpCareers That They Are Having A Vacancy At Capgemini For The Position Of Senior Manager Bangalore Location And They Shared Me The PDF Document Explaining The Job Description And I Reverted Them Back That I Am Interested In This Position. Based On The Above Details They Scheduled Me The 1st Round Of Interview With Senior HR Manager Named Nikhil From Capgemini On 7thFeb 2024After 1st Round They Shared Some Profile Assessment Test For The 2nd Round Of Interview And They Told I Have Cleared That Too.
After The 2nd Round, They Shared (From CAPGEMINI ) Through The Mail That After Evaluation On The Key Highlights Represented By You In The Questionnaire, We Think That You Are A Fit Choice For The Role Of Senior Manager. To Process Ahead, We Have Started The Background Verification Of The Profile And You Can Find The Verification Sheet Attached In This Email.
Profile Verification Is Mandatory As All The Top Management Profiles Have To Be Validated From All Layers Of Verification. For The Professional Portfolio, They Charged Around Rs 11,999/- Based On The 2nd Round Of Interview, They Also Shared The Confirmation Letter On 19th Feb 2024. Discussed The Same With HR Regarding The Next Step (Call Recordings Is Available For All Discussions).
After The 2nd Round They Shared An Excel Sheet On 09th Feb 2024 For Background Verification And Others. Background Verification Also Completed On 16th Feb From IDFY And Divine Technology And Document Also Available For The Same.
On 16th Feb 2024, Received Mail From HR Manager To Select 15 Variables From The List Of Compensation And Other Benefits. Filled And Re-Shared The Same With Consultancy.
On 19th Feb 2024, Received A Mail From Capgemini (No-Reply@Capgemini.com) That, This Is An Internal Recruitment Under OTTP (One Thousand Talent Policy Program) And You Need To Pay For Some Approvals Namely W4 State Form ($**), OTTP Federal Form ($**) And I-9 Form ($**) And I Paid The Total Amount Of Rs 43,770/-(Bill Is Available). After Paying The Above Said Amount, They Shared Me Some Forms To Fill And Share And Submitted The Same With Consultancy.
After Finishing Above, They Shared (CAPGEMINI ) Business Level Agreement Between Me And Capgemini And For That They Are Charging What They Offered And I Paid An Amount Of Rs 27,395/- (Offered By Capgemini). For This Also Bill Is Available.
After Paying The Above Amount, Got A Mail From LinkUpCareers Consultancy That You Need To Pay Service Level Agreement And For The Same You Need To Pay (This Is Specified In Their Website) But I Replied Them I Could Not Pay That Amount As I Am Not Having Amount To Pay. Later They Told You Won’t Get The Physical Visit To Capgemini If You Dint Pay And They Reduced The Amount To 50% Of 1% CTC. I Paid The Said Amount , Ie Rs 20,672/-
In One Of The Mail, They Told That Whatever The Amount I Paid During The Recruitment Process Will Be Refunded Back Once The Induction Is Completed By Demand Draft (DD).
Total Paid Amount To LinkUpCareers Consultancy And CAPGEMINI And Is Around Rs 1,15,936/-
After All This, I Realised This Will Be Fraud And No Physical Visits Or Refunds. I’m Writing To Raise A Complaint On The Same To Resolve The Case And To Refund The Amount With Compensation Of Wasting My Time Of About * Months In Recruitment By Providing The Fake Job Offer.
