Image Uploaded by Shivani Sharma:I have asked to fill 1200 forms with accuracy in 8 days, I did the task. Today (06/11/2020) I got a call of a person named Vinay Gupta and advocate who said that your forms were incorrect and the company has filed the case against you, either pay Rs. 6700 within 30 mins in which you will not be getting any salary, but if you will pay Rs. 7510 you will get 2 days of extention and you will get your salary within 48 hours of submission. I had no money, if I would be having I would have never ever applied for the job. He assured me that your case will be closed and you will be getting 2 more days. With a lot of request I got time for one more hour to pay the money. He strictly said that, if you won’t pay the money the case will be filed and you with your parents have to be present in the court or else your father will be arrested, which led me broken and I was panice and I decided to pay the money which I borrowed from someone (before this I have never borrowed the money) After I paid it, I got a call again in the name of verification call in which another person was saying that you have to be present in the court to sign the documents in Gujrat tomorrow (7/11/2020). I said sir I am unable to come and my family is suffering from COVID 19. He said okay I’ll do some arrangement, you have to send a passport size photo and signature and you will be getting otp and that will be chargeable. Rs. 3000/- per otp and three otps you have to tell us… That means I have to pay Rs. 12000 more otherwise you have to be present in the court with your parents. I requested him alot, but didn’t work and I ended up disconnecting that call and after few mins I got a text message that the case is file against you. I don’t know what to do. They are continuously threatening. Help me out. Because I genuinely am trapped and I don’t know what to do.
I have all the contact numbers, email ids and call recordings. Agreement and all.
