Text of Complaint by Brijesh Shaarma:

I got a call from this number 6356952858 on May 7, 2021 at 10:35 am Khushi Gupta

{She say to me that She is the Executive in NOVA TECHNOLOGY

Her email ID is khushigupta512011@gmail.com , from which she sent me email on my email} and she told me that she got my number from “Quirk’s job portal” site and she had a “Captcha Coding” work which is easy, for which Smart Phone, Laptop or Computer is one of the things that needs to be connected to the internet, if I want to work, then I should send them my “Photo ID” to the “Whats app Number “given above. { 6356952858}.

I sent him my driving license. So after a while, he called me that I would get an email and I should check it and tell him. Then I received an email from both the above-mentioned email IDs (from info@jobfinder.us) and I got an OTP on my phone from “QP-ATVTSF”. Your Agreement software OTP is 29480153. Then I asked about the Agreement, Khushi Gupta said that it is written in the email that has been sent to you.

I worked for them for three days, after that I was ill, so I also emailed them that I am suffering from fever and flue and I am unable to work as well and as soon as I am fit, I will start work again.

On this, the reply came from them: – Dear user, Kindly confirm here to cancel your work.

“I re-wrote them, that I will start working when I am recovering from fever.”

On this, the answer came again from his side: – Dear user, kindly confirms here to cancel your work.

Then I sent: – “Yes, I Confirm”.

Then I got a call from 10:58 am (9638516614) on the morning of 14 May 2021 and said that they are talking to the helpline of “Nova Technology”. And I have to pay a penalty to them for leaving the work, which is 12000 /- rupees. If I do not give Rs 12000 / -, then Nova Technology will file a case against me.

When I told them I did not have money, and I was working part time only for money and I cannot pay, I can do work, so he disconnected the phone.

Then after some time the call came from the above number (9638516614), now there was a madam and she said that she is a lawyer (I have forgotten her name), who is speaking to me on behalf of Nova Technology. If I want to avoid the cycle and torture of the court, then I can save the case by giving them Rs. 26000 / -.

But last yesterday on “18 May 2021” I got a call from lawyer Alok Verma again (2:19 pm) and he told me that he has got a case from Nova Technology, which he is doing, on me. If I pay him money(28,916/-), he will not get my case in court, otherwise I will have to attend a case in cibil court in “Vapi – Gujarat” and whatever expenses the company has, I will have to pay them + 98000 / – rupees also. .

And when I checked on the Internet, it was emailed to me: – (Alok Varma Email ID:-

Many of Fraud’s posts were found on this

(19/May/2021) I receive 2 messages from “JM -ATVTSF”

These message I checked (JM-ATVTSF  SMS) on  the internet and the same things are found out this link that this is also fraud  (https://consumercomplaintscourt.com/fraud-case-43/)

In this messages, that they are sending me from “JM-ATVTSF”, they are asking me to talk to 7202829764.

I also searched, the number of “Nova Technology, Gujarat” on the internet and on the internet I found his number: – 9825129958 and when I talked to him, he said that he is the owner of “Nova Technology “ and his company does not do this kind of work and it is a fraud and I do not give them any money.

Please help me by doing this.

I am under a lot of stress and depression.

My financial situation is not such that I can deal with them.

Please tell me what should I do now?
