I had an order on jiomart website on 3rd Nov 2020 and i received my order on 7th Nov 2020. In order , I purchased a TATA TEA 250 gm packet of tea @ rs 118.75 each pack but they delivered me a product having MRP rs 97. They are selling more than MRP. I file queries against this on website, by mail even on customer care but still my query is pending no one provides me any solution about this.you are requested to please take some action against this and refund my excess money as early as possible.
