Text of Complaint by Rahul Banga:

I’ve placed order from Jio Mart app on 17.07.2020 but due to product out of stock they have provided me half items and remaining amount needs to be refunded by them within 7 working days. It’s 24.08.2020 today but I haven’t got any refund, they just provide a new date for refunding the amount but nothing happens on that day.

Invoice Amount: 1306.51

Refund Amount: 708.51 (Not Received yet)

I have called them multiple times and email was also sent, but everything was wasted.

Kindly provide help in the same regards.
