ON 2nd JUNE 2020 I had ordered through JIOmart groceries valued over RS 1100 ORDER NO 15910793919002621W icles ordered evn after 4 weeks i was constrained to cancel the order and ask for refund I GOT A REPLY THAT THE REFUND WILL BE made in 2 to 7 days since there was nom refund I took up the matter again and i have recd the same replyu refund initiated and refund be made in 7 days I m a senior citizen of 72 years besides putting old people for making calls and emails the co does not have either the competent staff and infrastructure hence refund requested and compensation of RS 50000 for mental tension caused to senior citizen by a repuyted company
