I had placed an order (order no.16011453329000369A for rs. 1430) on 26th Sep which was eventually cancelled by jiomart. The order was actually placed twice as right after the payment was made it showed as order cancelled hence we had to order again. However i still haven’t received the refund for the order value i.e for Rs. 1430 placed on 26th Sept 20
Also there was another order placed on 2nd October (order no. 16016094509082857A for rs. 1871 which again was cancelled the same evening. However refund for the same is also pending.
I have been following up with them since the past 1 month now. However everytime they close the ticket saying that it has been resolved. How can it be resolved when i still haven’t received any refund in my account.
