Hello Sir,
I have done the order from JioMart on 16th June (Rs: 789.27) and 25th June (Rs:401) from my Sodexo meal card. The order got cancelled but my money got deducted from my Sodexo card.
I have contacted JioMart and they said they will initiate the refund within 7 days. I waited more than 10 days but no update on y refund , I contacted Jiomart again and they said it will take 3 day after waiting so long i came to know from Jiomart that they have not received the payment from me, this is totally unethical, I have provided the payment receipt to them but no response.
