I had placed a prepaid ordered on Jiomart on 20th of August of Rs. 5813.25. Expected Delivery date was 22nd of Aug which keeps on changing as days passed & on 27th, app automatically shows the status to Delivered but nothing is delivered from their side. I am trying to followup with them from 23rd onwards through all medium possible. I dropped mail but no reply. I called their helpline no & in return, I only get multiple SR no. with an assurance that someone from backend team will call shortly & resolve the issue. I posted on their Instagram, Twitter, FB pages as well & had a conversation on Twitter explaining all this & again one more SR# no is given. After days of followups & frustration, I am not sure what to do as I am not getting any update or resolution from anyone.
