I had put an prepaid order (Order number- 16519034480068764W , date 7 May 2022) on Jiomart website. The order got partially delivered and I was told that I will get refund for not delivered items.
Expected refund was for 2 bags of India Gate Feast Rozzana Basmati Rice 5 kg Quantity (415*2 = Rs830). However I only got refund only for 1 bag (Rs 415). 1 bag refund (Rs 415) is still pending. Even after numerous follow-ups with customer care teams I am unable to get refund for 2nd bag. Kindly help resolve.
