I ordered in JioMart for over Rs.1200 and initially the order was confirmed. Then it said cancelled, and finally it showed complete. I did not receive the order and no refund was issued. I have been trying to contact JioMart for the past 6 months atleast 8 times. Each time I get a generic mail with a service ticket number saying we will look into it but nothing happens. I also emailed their other email cshead@jiomart.com but nothing happened there either.
