I ordered grocery from JioMart. The expected delivery date was 28 July, but someone came on 27 July and as I was not available the person returned. I called him back and asked to deliver it back on 27 July to which the delivery guy accepted. No one came on 27, not even on 28. On 28 the status changed to delivery on 29 and then on 30. After that next day order status changed to delivered on 27 July. I have ticket on call and also on email, to deliver the order, nothing happened. Since nothing happened I asked to refund my money, but nothing is happening. Customer care keeps on disconnecting and no response on email.
