I ordered from jiomart on 15-08-2020 amounting 2809. When I check the status it is showing that order declined. But there is no information on whether they would provide refund or not. I even tried calling jiomart customer care multiple times but it keeps my waiting. No one takes the call even after 30minutes. This seems so irresponsible for a store run by top businessman in the world. I need my refund. My order I’d is : 15974658359179118M
