I have placed on order of Havells celia 70 cooler from account with mobile no:9493152422 and we have received a damaged product and same was informed to customer care on 9-4-2023 (same day of delivery).. On 11-4-2023 havells person visited our home and checked the product and pasted damage label and informed that you should contact jiomart for return of the product..mean while we have brought another cooler.. i have called 20 times atleast Pls take the damaged cooler and refund the amount.. I called havells customer care also they told please contact jiomart for return of the product, only service related they can help..
Please take the product back and refund the amount…
