Text of Complaint by Abhirup:

Jiomart is the worst ecommerce website i have ever came accross. I have called jiomart customer care that i want to cancel my order they told me to cancel it at doorstep only so after a day or two on 2nd feb 2022 the delivery agent called me so i asked him to cancel the product but he suggested me not to cancel the product but to accept it and then return the product. Then i asked him why so? He answered that if you cancel the product they will not return your money quickly so i called the customer care and they suggested me to cancel the product and i will get the refund on time so i cancelled the product on 2nd feb. After raising complaints, calinng customer care agents and sending lots of mails on 14th feb the shitty website shows that the product is returned but the thing is i haven’t even accepted it i had cancelled the product on 2nd feb. Then after calling customer care they told me to wait for another 7 days to get the refund. It’s been close to a month i haven’t got my refund yet. I want strict action against these fraudsters.
