Hi,
I had placed an order for essential goods on 21st August 2020 on Jiomart for goods amounting to Rs. ₹1,782.80. They have neither delivered my order nor are issuing refund. I have complained so many times via Email, phone call and twitter. But not getting any positive response. I have even escalated, but they keep on sending auto responders stating that they have escalated my complaint, but still nothing. I have been cheated. I need my refund.
