Dear Sir/madam,
I have made a fully paid order on JIOMART web site on 1st nov for approx 4466 (order number 16042536069332584A ) But I received only few items ( Shipment number 16042536069332584A) on 3rd nov worth approx 800 rs and they changed the status of my complete order as delivered. After that I have raised a complaint at JIOMART customer care but the complaint automatically get closed without any resolution, till now they have opened more than 10 tickets and closed next day without any comment or resolution. every time I call them they open a new ticket as old one is already closed and they don’t know why it is closed without any resolution. Each time they assure me for a resolution and close even the new ticket next day without any resolution, every one of them assure me that I will get refund or missing items delivered, but nothing happens. Even the matter was escalated to seniors and they also assured the same but again nothing happens, it looks like a big fraud as they don’t deliver the items and then they don’t resolve the ticket and keep opening and closing ticket without any explanation and just doing no resolution.
Items which are not delivered are all costly items for more than 3000 Rs.Navratan mix

I don’t understand how this is possible with a reputed company like JIO, so I wanted to bring this to your notice about this fraud so that you can take corrective action as soon as possible and help me in getting the refund my missing items which is more than 3000.
I keep ordering from Amazon/Flipkart and never experienced this, this was the first time I ordered on JioMart as its new launch and I am having really bad experience with pathetic delivery and therefafter customer care even after escalating to higher authority. Please look into this fraud and and get me the refund.
