I ordered some items from jio mart on 15th September 2021. The delivery date was 21st September 2021.
They didn’t deliver the order on that date and are postponing the delivery date everyday by one day. Postponing by 4th day till now.
Whenever I contact the customer care, they ask for excuse and doing nothing. Jio mart is neither delivering the order nor refunding my money as well. I am facing mental harassment and concerns because of this. Please do the needful.
