The delivery was not attempted at all. I received SMS with delivery executive number and he never called or picked my phone. I intimated that the very next morning to Jiomart support.
Now it was not my fault and I called customer care multiple times , waiting for a month now and still no action has been taken . I was assured multiple times by jiomart support that it will be resolved in 48 hours!!!
Its 45 days. for all emails and calls i will get autoamated responses saying issue resolved. but money hasnt come back to account yet.!! .
They couldn’t deliver, which i could understand, but they dont refund and fooling customer, which I dont understand. is there an escalation matrix for jiomart? can some one help here to escalate and get refund?
